Wild Yellowstone gray wolves (Canis lupus). Yellowstone National Park, late fall. The lighter, whiter wolf is the adult alpha female. Here two of her approximately 6 month old pups are begging/greeting. The black pup has his nose up by her mouth trying to get her to regurgitate food.
