Western Grebe (Aechmophorus occidentalis) threesome "rushing" or courtship dancing.  Western U.S., May.  Sometimes a second male joins the pair rushing.  I believe that is the case here with the first and the last being males and the middle grebe being a female, but sometimes it can be all males.
