BULL MOOSE (Alces alces) with dried velet hanging from antlers eats willow twigs.  The name 'moose" is derived from the Algonkian name that means "eater of twigs". Moose require approx 5 lbs of browse per hundredweight per day. Autumn. Denali National Park, Alaska.
