Whitespotted Sawyer/White-spotted Sawyer (Monochamus scutellatus) on pine park.  Both the adult and larvae of this beetle feed on pine, fir and spruce from Atlantic Canada to Alaska and south to the Carolinas, making them an important forest pest.
